Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that selecting faster shipping at check out will not speed up processing time. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We will be closed Saturdays and Sundays as well as national holidays.
Once your order has been shipped and you receive tracking information, Simple Lady will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this were to occur, you can file a claim on the USPS website.
Returns
If an item does not work for you, returns are excepted within 14 days of delivery date. If an item does not appear to be in original condition, such as is received back with make up or deodorant stains and or fragrances, it will be rejected.
Any and all final sale items will not be illegible for return.
Simple Lady WILL NOT supply a return label. It is recommended that you use a carrier that sends tracking information so you can be aware of when your package has been received. We ask that you kindly and carefully package the item in the original form it was sent. Please include the packing slip and mail the package to the following address:
Once we have received your return and the item is accepted, you will receive an email confirming a full refund issued directly back to the method of payment used at check out. Depending on your financial corporation, it may take as long as seven business days for your refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please return the item and place a new order.
